Well unfortunately we did not get picked to be a test market for the Walmart doubles (no real big surprise here). They will be doubling in WV, parts of OH and 7 counties in UT, so I am very jealous of all my Utah friends right now! Looks like they are doing it right in the areas that are doing though i.e. a .75 coupon is doubling to $1.50 and such, but like all things Walmart there are many complaints of slowness and uneducated staff about the program.
